Overview

This project centers on bringing structured DataCamp access to campus and helping students turn that access into consistent learning. Rather than treating data science as something limited to a few advanced learners, the initiative created a clearer entry point for students who wanted guided exposure to practical tools, workflows, and learning tracks.

For the portfolio, the value of this work is not just administration. It is the role it played in helping a newer generation of students engage with data science in a more accessible and sustained way.

Role

My contribution focused on helping establish and support the campus-side learning environment around the program.

  • Helped connect students to the DataCamp learning opportunity on campus.
  • Supported training participation and continuity across student cohorts.
  • Helped students stay engaged with structured learning tracks and progress expectations.
  • Contributed to making the program feel usable and worthwhile for students who were still early in their data science journey.

Impact

This project reflects a form of educational support that often matters more than it looks on paper: reducing friction, creating access, and helping students actually follow through once an opportunity exists.

In portfolio terms, it shows my interest in building pathways for learning, not only for myself but for the students who come after me.
